General Impression:

I went to Excel Eyecare last week after a friend of mine recommended Dr Gan to me. I had my eye examined and purchased a new pair of eye glasses. I had a very satisfactory experience and I am sure I will continue to visit her next year. I also recommend her to anyone who read this review.

General Impression:

My family and I have visited Dr Gan's clinic multiple times every year since 2005, and we were very happy and satisfied every time. The location is conveniently located close to I-15 and SR56, and parking is very easy in front or behind her office. Inside her office, especially the new unit she has moved to last year, is spacious and comfy. Her staff are very knowledgeable and courteous. Dr Gan is a nice eye doctor and she's highly skilled with eye exam and eye diseases. My kids are nearsighted and have been treated with the CRT she prescribed to them. They are enjoying the freedom of not wearing anything during the day time and with good vision. One of them had a little trouble with the CRT lens for one or two times in the past 5 years but every time Dr got the problem fixed quickly. So we recommend her to anyone who's serious with their eye care.

General Impression:

I've taken my 2 sons with Dr. Gan for almost 3 yrs..Sadly every year the customer service get worse..even with Dr.Gan. She seems overwhelmed with patients and rushes through our schedule appointment to go on to the next, her attitude towards my concern regarding with CRT's were disappointing & ignored. I'm sure she is a very good doctor but perhaps forgetting why she became a Dr. in the 1st place..the importance of the care of each her patients..Sadly, I won't be bringing back my sons.
