Is it ok to have laser eye surgery if i have a cold?

  It just depends on what cold you are suffering from.As a matter of fact,as long as you don't have a serious cold or a fever,you can rest assure to have the laser surgery.However,you had better go to the doctor first to make sure whether your cold is serious or not.Because as you know,when people are getting sick,their immunity will not be so good.And at that time,I don't think it is proper to do any surgery.However,for your own sake,you had better take some medicine to recover first.Ad long as all the symptoms are gone,you can have your laser surgery without any worries.What do you think?

  Usually it is ok,but you had better consult your doctor first.If you plan to have your laser eye surgery,you should make your eyes free of contact lens for a few weeks.That is,you should wear glasses every day.You know,wearing contacts can change the shape of the cornea.If you don't follow this,the result of the treatment will be affected.However,try not to eat too much spicy food or irritating food before your surgery.Further more,days before your surgery,you should not wear makeup.And try not to use perfume,cologne or hairspray.Of course,any lotions on you are also not allowed,let alone your eye creams.By the way,try to wear comfortable clothes because some furry clothes may generate lint.HAHA,and there is another quite important thing,that is,take a shower before you have this surgery,coz after this surgery,you will have a few days that you can't touch water.
