I just had my lasik surgery the day before yesterday, and I really want to smoke these days. How soon can I smoke after that surgery? Does anybody have the same experience?

I suppose that you are not allowed to smoke within one week. Because after your lasik surgery, your eyes will become very weak during this period. You know that the smoke you smoked will thrill your eyes. And not only smoking is not allowed within this week, neither are drinking and eating too spicy food. If you really want your eyes to be good, why not just give up smoking and drinking? Anyway, best wishes to you!

I strongly recommend you not to smoke after your lasik surgery. That is actually a risk you can't afford the results. When you smoke, not only your lungs, your heart, your blood vessels, but also your eyes are also damaged by the smoke.Few people know about this.In fact, after you have done your lasik surgery, your eyes will become very dry.And you can not produce enough tears to make your eyes comfortable. If you smoke then,I bet your eyes will get worse before the surgery.Besides, smoking also impairs your system, and that will make you weaker after your surgery. Why not quit the bad habit and live a healthier life?
