Yes, you can gently rub your eyes and don' t rub your eyes vigorously while wearing lenses. Sometimes, if you rub your eyes or get bumped in the eye, the lens might fold in half and dislodge from the cornea. One half of your lens might get stuck under your upper eyelid. Then you will feel uncomfortable. Moreover, you can take the bacteria into your eyes and cause infection. So try not to rub your eyes vigorously.

No, this is harmful to your eyes. When people who are wearing contact lenses rub their eyes, the contact lenses will abrase your cornea. If there is a wound or open sore on your cornea, the bacteria, dust and foreign things enter inside and cause infection by your rubbing with contact lenses on.

Well, you are quite insane if you really blunder like that. As you can see ,contact lenses are quite fragile and easy to break into pieces. If that happens, your eyes might be seriously scratched and injured, so you'd better stop doing that. My advice for you is when you feel itchy in your eyes, you could get some eye drops and pay attention to your diet and make good and healhy use of contact lenses.
