Can energy drinks cause vision problems?

I usually have energy drinks before taking an exam and my friend told me that it might cause eye problems, is it true? Should I never drink that from now no?

    Yes, energy drinks can cause eye problems. Energy drinks can cause negative impacts on health of people. Sugar and caffeine are the main ingredients in energy drinks that provide the energy for people. So, too much caffeine may cause anxiety, puff eyes and headaches. Furthermore, it harms blood circulation around eyes. Therefore, you should not drink energy drinks frequently. And never drink that before taking an exam.

    Yes, your friend is right. Energy drinks contains much caffeine which increase or decrease your blood sugar. Consequently, you may suffer from blurred vision. You may have difficulty in seeing clearly. You may also squint to see clearly, which possibly leads to migraine. Other symptoms caused by drinking energy drinks are increased heart rate, loss of appetite, increased urination, excessive hunger, and mental confusion. In conclusion, you should quit drinking energy drinks for the sake of your health.

    Nowadays energy drinks is becoming more and more popular. However, it is not always useful to drink energy drinks. As we all know, there are many side effects if it was misused. As a matter of fact, many energy drinks is high in caffeine, which is harmful to human body. In fact, as many energy drinks have high stimulant amounts that may cause many disease. For examples, it can lead to irregular heartbeat, and terrible headache, and sometimes cause nausea and vomiting. In some cases, it can also lead to eye problems, such as twitching eyes, blurred visions and so no. Apart from the side effects listed above, some energy drinks can lead to unstable or irregular heartbeat, muscle twitching, flushing, disorientation, and delusions. So we should avoid too much energy drinks. Water may be a better choice.
